How to schedule your free local pickup
1. Tell us about your vehicle and location
Call Delta Ride Exchange or complete the secure online form with your contact info, vehicle details, and exact pickup address in the Stockton area—whether you’re in Lincoln Village West, Parkwoods, Morada, or near Weberstown. Share if the car runs, where it’s parked, and any access notes (gates, alleys, garages) so we can match the right local tow truck to your pickup.
2. Confirm your free $0 pickup and donation
Our team reviews your information, confirms we can tow the vehicle at absolutely no cost to you, and answers any Stockton-specific questions. You’ll choose a general pickup day and time window that works, and we’ll explain the simple paperwork: having a signed California title ready and removing your personal items. At this point, your free pickup is officially scheduled.
3. Choose a convenient pickup window
We coordinate with a nearby towing partner in Stockton Metro or surrounding communities like Lathrop, Lodi, or Manteca. You’ll be given a pickup window—often within a few business days. 4. Prepare the car, title, and keys
Before pickup day, remove all personal belongings from the car, including from the trunk and glove box. We can sometimes arrange to meet you at a nearby, easier-to-access spot such as a surface lot, wide residential street, or commercial area where your car is allowed to be towed. In some cases, donors choose to move the car to a more tow-friendly location in north or south Stockton, Lodi, or Manteca before scheduling.
